Refund and Cancellation

At FleetLogic, we value our customers and strive to provide the best service possible. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before subscribing to our plans.

1. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until then.
  • There will be no prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

2. Refund Policy

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable, including partial months or unused features.
  • Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:
    • You were charged after successfully canceling your subscription before the renewal date.
    • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Free Trial Policy

  • FleetLogic may offer a free trial for new users.
  • At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Refunds will not be provided for users who fail to cancel their trial before it converts.

4. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

  • When upgrading your plan, charges will be adjusted and billed immediately for the difference.
  • If you downgrade, the new plan and limits will apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be given for downgrades during an active billing cycle.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Log in to your FleetLogic account and manage your subscription from the Billing/Plans section.
  • For refund requests, email us at support@fleetlogic.in with your subscription details and payment receipt.

6. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
